ABOUT ME

Hi there! My name is Micah (My-kah)! I'm so excited you found your way here to my site. A little about me, I am just a simple aspiring artist hoping to bring a little uniqueness, if not beauty, to the world. I currently freelance most of my work but I also have a day job at a Local business called Painting with a Twist. WHAT I'VE DONE

In the past I have worked on many freelance assignments, from local beautification projects to individual commissioned works. I have won multiple awards for my artwork in acrylic for local and state festivals & contests. I've also worked with local charities by donating both time by doing live paintings & artwork for silent auction donations. Please view my gallery to get a better idea on my range of skill and style. WHAT I DO

I am mainly an acrylic painter but do have skills in other mediums, i.e. charcoal & graphite pencil drawing, pastel & colored pencil work. I work on many surfaces from canvas to glass (window art), metal (sculptures) to wall paneling (murals) & everything in between. I'm also a Painting Instructor and collaborating artist at a local business, Painting With a Twist. Look for a link below to see classes you can join that I'll be teaching.
